Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-related delays being experienced by all major carriers, across the US, as seen in national news, as well as delays within our warehouse operation, we ask for your patience as it relates to the delivery of your packages. We do apologize and are working internally and with our partners to ensure timely arrival. We do expect an additional 3 to 5 days delay in delivery timelines, at the moment.

When will my items be shipped?

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the timeframe below.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) and can be from 1-5 days or more.

Each product is manufactured in different factories in the US, China, and Vietnam.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The above timeframe is applied for orders to the United States and worldwide with the standard shipping method. ("days" here is "business days")
  2. Order with over 10 pieces will delay in production department because we need more times to produce more pieces.
  3. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
  4. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
  5. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us. Delay about: 7 - 10 days.
  6. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
